We are just beginning to purchase a CNC plasma cutter for doing the difficult art designs in metal ..... ie silhouettes, shop signs ... Interior Artwork etc. We use a normal flashlight think plasma cutters, welders, etc. for normal workshop production .... but dont have much knowledge about the complicated electronic Ways .... can someone make me a starting point for a price range ... or where such a machine buy etc. ..... Google tried. but I'm lost in too much information and no direction

Where can I find the tool to a wide range of stainless steel?
I once saw a tool for pulling the industry on a stainles steel for the manufacture of manifolds, but I can not remember where it was or where I could get it. I have T-pieces and welded together I have drilled holes and coped hose fit the holes and sealed them, however, the many like to turn and pull when doing so. I know someone makes a tool to insert into a hole drilled in the pipe and pull the material up to a tee (Reduction or even) if anyone knows where I can find one, please let me know
